Wizard Works was started to meet the demand for VW Audi specialist servicing in south Birmingham by two long standing VW enthusiasts - Andrew Chapple of 'Volkswizard', a VW Audi sales business established in 2002 and Iain Andrew, a qualified automotive engineer and ex-VW main dealer technician - together they have over 30 years of experience of the marque.
We offer main dealer levels of expertise but with local garage levels of personal service and pricing. Our £45 (+VAT) hourly rate is less than half that which main dealers charge, yet the work will be performed by a VW trained technician using the correct tools and with high quality parts. We also have many years experience of diagnostic fault finding using market leading VAG COM software and do all we can to get to the problem first time round rather than replacing parts randomly at the customer's expense.

A Golf GTI courtesy car can be made available (provide your own insurance - P329XCG) and we also offer local collection and delivery in much of South Birmingham.

We offer genuine VW Audi parts as used at main dealerships, but so we can compete with smaller garages too we are happy to offer parts of the same quality made by the suppliers that supply the worlds car manufacturers such as Dayco, Gates, Continental, UFI, Knecht, Bosch, Mann, Mahle, ATE, Pagid, Textar, SKF - this allows us to be even more competitively priced, please ask for more information.
