Rare 5 door model with stiffer bodyshell. 3 owners from new, last was a lady from Axminster who purchased it from a VW main dealer in 2006 and traded it in at Shrewbury Audi. We suspect the first owner was the supplying dealership as it was registered to the first owner for a matter of months. | ||

42000 miles with a full service history. 3 long life services all by VW main agents, last in 2008. VW UK have sent us a letter confirming the 3 services. Just serviced by our ex-VW mechanic and converted to 10k/1 year servicing - we used fully synthetic Synta Platinum oil supplied by VW and approved for this engine and a genuine VW oil filter. We have also replaced the front suspension top mounts and performed a Haldex oil and filter change. |

| We have also replaced the front brake discs and pads at a cost of £500 + fitting - the genuine VW discs have aluminium centres and we do wonder how many R32s have been fitted with cheaper all steel parts which are out there for a fraction of the cost. | |||||||||

| There are cheaper Mk4 R32s out there but this one is HPI clear, accident free and in superb condition. It also has been fully ramp inspected and serviced within our specialist workshop - buy a bad one of these or even an average one that needs a lot of work as some do now they are over 6 years old and you'll soon wish you had paid a bit more. |

| GP53 OUK is our 7th Mk4 R32 but our first black one and also our first 5 door. This example is rare as it has been lady owned for the last 4 years and was last sold by a VW main dealership - it still has their number plates and dealership logo sticker on tailgate. Also unusual is that it's completely unmodified and accident free with no signs of any paint or panel repairs and all factory stickers intact - verified by our in-house ex-VW mechanic who used to perform the used car checks at our local VW main dealership. We have had all four wheels refurbished professionally and fitted with four brand new tyres. We know of at least 2 R32s sold by VW main dealers recently with rusty wheel arches, one with the same miles as this sold for nearly £13k recently. As a result we are confident that this example is one of the best both in condition and value. | |||||||||
